India Art Summit 2011

India Art Summit 2011 (20-23 Jan)

The Third edition of India Art Summit that concludes last Sunday marks India as a serious art market. It showcases works of artists from around India and abroad. There were 84 Indian galleries along with 34 international galleries, with a selection of contemporary and modern art pieces on display. The usual big names like MF Hussain, FN souza, Subodh Gupta, Pablo Picasso to name a few were big hit.

It drew both serious art buyers and art enthusiasts from all over the world. Being a fan of anything art, I could not miss this show. I was greatly attracted by the mixed media. Here are some of the few collections.

Raindrops falling once again.

After a long hiatus, the rains here. But its shortlived and god knows if it really wets the earth.....
Its like you saw and you miss. Though i cant deny the cooling effect it brought.
Its surprising how dependent we are on nature to survive....
However advance the world becomes, we cant get enuf of nature....
I think its our responsibility to maintain the world to retain the balance it need.
